Included in Care
A named rep
Direct phone and text — a person, not a ticket queue.
15-minute response during your service
Sundays, 8am–1pm your time — your local clock, not ours.
Onboarding call included
We configure your first stream and connect Planning Center with you.
Quarterly health review
A human walkthrough of how your streams have actually been running.
Remote screenshare help
OBS, vMix or your hardware encoder — we get on and look with you.
Detailed monthly health report
With trends, so a problem shows up before a Sunday does.
Already included on every plan
Care buys a person and a response time. It doesn’t unlock monitoring — that runs for every church, on every plan.
- Email support, business hours
- Full coverage of everything encoder-onward
- A pre-configured OBS profile, generated for your church
- Saturday pre-service readiness check
- Automated alerts when a stream fails
- Basic monthly health summary
What’s covered, and by whom
Every church streaming platform supports its own software. So do we — free, on every plan. PealCast Care covers the rest of your sound booth.
Included free, every plan
PealCast support
Everything our software touches, from the live stream onward — the same support you’d get from any streaming platform, at no cost.
- Everything in PealCast — the player, notifications, Planning Center sync, member logins
- Encoder configuration (OBS, vMix, ATEM, hardware)
- Stream keys, bitrate and keyframe settings
- SRT tuning, dropouts and reconnects
- Your recording archive and the Shepherd’s Report
- Email support in business hours, and automated alerts when a stream fails
Everything above, plus
PealCast Care
Your whole AVL setup, managed — a virtual AVL team for the sound booth, not just the stream.
- Your sound board — settings, routing, gain, feedback, the mix your people hear
- Microphones, wireless packs, batteries and the frequencies they fight over
- Lighting — boards, scenes, and why the platform looks orange on camera
- Cameras, switchers, capture cards and the cabling between them
- The booth network and your internet, diagnosed properly rather than blamed
- Anything downstream of all that, all the way to the stream itself
What we can’t do from here
Care is remote. We’ll diagnose anything and talk your volunteer through the fix — but somebody in the room has to be our hands.
- Anything needing hands on the equipment — we will walk your volunteer through it
- Replacing failed hardware (we will tell you exactly what to buy)
- Electrical work, rigging, and anything a licensed trade must sign off
- Physical installation of new gear
Your church’s internet is the most common cause of a bad stream, and it is in scope: we test it, we tell you exactly what is wrong, and we work with your provider or your installer to get it right. What we cannot do is make a carrier turn up faster than they will.
What we promise
During your Sunday service window we respond within 15 minutes. We monitor your stream continuously, diagnose any issue, and fix anything reachable remotely. If it needs hands on your equipment, we call your tech volunteer within two minutes.
We promise a response, not a repair — a stream can be restarted remotely, a cable cannot be plugged in remotely. If we miss that response time, we credit you 1 month of Care.
Your service window is Sunday 8am–1pm in your own timezone — not ours.
Your whole booth, looked after
Sound board, lights, mics, cameras, cabling and the stream — one number to call when any of it misbehaves.
