What counts as a “watcher”?

A watcher (we call it an active subscriber) is a person who actually watched at least once that month. You’re never charged for your whole list — your notification list is unlimited on every plan. You only pay for the people we actually reach on screen. As your online congregation grows, you move up a tier.

Is our notification list really unlimited?

Yes. Notify as many people as you like on every plan — text, email, browser, and Planning Center. Reaching people is the point, and it costs us almost nothing, so we don’t cap it.

What’s the “pooled viewing”?

Each plan includes a shared pool of watch time — roughly an hour a week per watcher, pooled across your whole church. Quiet weeks cover busy ones, so you almost never think about it. If a big season (Easter, Christmas) runs long, we’ll let you know before anything is charged.

How does billing work?

Month-to-month, no long-term contract, and no setup fee. Pay annually and get two months free (~17% off). Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and you can change plans or cancel anytime.

Is there a free trial?

How long do you keep our recordings?

Accepted Answer

Every service is auto-recorded for on-demand replay, and how long we keep the archive grows with your plan: 30 days on Small, 90 days on Medium, and a full year on Large. Custom plans set their own retention.

Do we need new hardware?

Accepted Answer

No. PealCast works with the stream and equipment you already have — keep your platform and encoder, or send us RTMP/SRT.
